Veteran in need after major surgery

Hi my name is Shaun Fields. I am a Persian gulf veteran who developed Ulcerative Colitis while deployed during Desert Shield/Desert Storm. I have been suffering from this desease since I was 19yrs old. I am now 51 and had to have a total abdominal colectomy in order to prolong my life and have a better quality of life. Because of my sickness and finally surgery I have been out of work and not able to pay my bills. They have all become due and I have no funds to pay them anymore. So I am now reaching out in desperation in order to keep my home and pay utilities. Not to mention, other debts like my two vehicles plus also preserve my credit which I have worked so hard to repair and build back up.
