Veteran-LEO family with unexpected home repairs

Service- a word that has many meanings. If you have ever met Dwight "Gunny" Whitaker, you know he's a man that'd give you the shirt off his own back to help someone. Recently an unexpected house water leak caused more than 25k in damages to the home Gunny built himself with his own hands. The leak ruined framing, flooring, stone work, sheathing and roofing. Insurance is not helping or doing what they should. All proceeds go directly to the Whitaker Family to assist in this difficult time. This man has given 24 years of his life collectively to serve this nation and community. Dwight's service includes multiple combat deployments and many high risk apprehensions of the worst society has to offer. I've known the Whitakers for years, they are truly some of the best people you'll ever meet. I have been truly blessed to get to have them in my life. Anything helps. Funds will go for home repairs and building supplies
