Save a Life: Kidney transplant in the Philippines

Dear compassionate friends, family, and kind-hearted individuals,

My name is Judith Arada, working full time in the NHS. I come before you today with immense gratitude, as I have been fortunate enough to receive a life-saving kidney transplant for free here in the UK. However, my heart aches as I witness my beloved brother Michael battling renal failure in the Philippines for the past 10 years, where the opportunity for such a transplant to extend his life is not easily accessible due to high financial costs.

With a mixture of hope and desperation, I write to you today, seeking your support to help raise enough fund for my brother 's kidney transplant. I have worked day and night, trying to save enough money, only to find my efforts fall short. The overwhelming cost of the three (3x) times a week dialysis treatments and medications, consumes my entire salary from my full time job and sometimes bank shifts available from my NHS job, leaving me unable to save anything towards the kidney transplant he urgently needs.

My own experience has made me acutely aware of the incredible gift that a transplant can provide, offering a chance at a healthy and fulfilling life. It is heart-breaking to think that my brother's dreams of a brighter tomorrow are at risk due to the burden of financial limitations. We are desperately seeking your support to raise the necessary funds needed to secure a place on the kidney transplant waitlist in the Philippines.
