Donate to Help Afghan Refugee Families
Donation protected
As the Taliban took control of Afghanistan last year, many refugees fled the country and now find themselves in a completely different world with little to nothing from their home. Many of them are currently residing in asylum camps set up by the U.S. Government and have been since they left Afghanistan. Now, more and more families are being sent to various countries across the globe to start a new life for themselves. The Northwest Bronx Refugee Coalition has recently formed and will soon become a host group for families that will be sent to nearby communities. Delta Kappa Epsilon Phi Mu of Manhattan College is joining this cause and helping by fundraising as well as providing any services needed by this organization.
By donating, you are aiding these families in building a new life for themselves. With the money you contribute, an Afghan family will be able to buy food, water, clothes, furniture as well as pay for rent, heating and cooling, and other basic necessities.
If we reach our goal of $5,000, our donation will be matched with an additional $5,000 grant to make the donation total $10,000.
Join Manhattan College DKE along with the many other volunteer groups and help change the life of a family forever.
