Doc’s Road to Recovery

I am nowhere near as good with words as Leo “Doc” but I’ll give it a shot.  If you have followed him on his Facebook page “Out to Eat with Leo”, you’ve heard some of his story. A family man (husband, father of 4), a combat veteran (an army medic, where he earned his nickname Doc. Also where he received the  injuries causing him so much pain), a comedian (at least he thinks he is ), food critic (sharing his thoughts on area eateries), an overall great man who just wants to “bring a little joy, a little laughter and a whole lot of craziness to our lives”. 

He set to have spinal surgery later this month to relieve the pain and regain his ability to walk again. He is off work to rest while he prepares for it and will be off during recovery.
