Abby`s Z-Best Cuisine ( food truck)

Thank you for the support!!!!  I've been working on it for about a year and  i've had some set backs. I am so ready to get it going. I built it from the ground floor up  from a empty box truck, I had to scrap one truck that had caught on Fire due to faulty mechanics, but was a blessing disguise, none of the equipment  was ruined, soon I combined both trucks to have a total unlimited professional kitchen which includes a 
*full 4 burner gas stove oven
*23" flatgas  grill
* 2 basket gas fryer
*6ft good exaust system
* 51/2 ft prep table/fridge 
*  full sz reach-in professional fridge
*microwave oven
*3 Compartment sin
*,hand sink
* 23"prep & 25" stainless steel prep-wall table
*other racks cabinets
*7500 watt generator
*Electriclal outlets & panel

Most of the work is done ; but I need to still do some things , before i can get it on the road . hook gas lines, buy gas tanks . airbush logos, advertising, insurance, register tags,permits& fees ,start up food costs, fuel cost,running expenses ,misc. , ect.
