Vicente T. Borja

Our dad, Retired U.S. Navy Chief Vicente T. Borja from Santa Rita, GU was called to his eternal life on January 28, 2024. Anyone who knows him, knows he was a loving father and papa. He was a good provider for his family. Although, we didn't have much growing up he would do anything to ensure his kids were taken care of.

In his last moments he expressed he is the happiest when his children are around. However, we live off island, which makes it extremely challenging to travel back home. A roundtrip ticket from Hawaii/California to Guam is around $2700 per ticket.

Throughout his life and especially during his last days he would always say "my children are the love of my life!" His children and grandchildren were his pride and joy. Please help us return home to surround him with love while he's being laid rest.

Location: Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Santa Rita

Followed by internment at Veterans Cemetery in Piti.
