Donation protected
An acute traumatic , abuse and neglect of an incapacitated adult(Due to picture being graphic, this picture taken 3.5 months after attack).
On July 17th, 2020, Trey was found unresponsive in a yard of Richmond City (VA) and taken to a near by hospital to where the doctors proceeded an emergency resuscitation. He is a severely autistic, ADHD, and cerebral palsy adult who has suffered multiple injuries. A cracked skull, broken bones, 3rd degree burns, welts in mouth, deafness, punctured lungs and etc. Trey spent 3 months in ICU and TCU before moving to his new home.
Before this tragic event, Trey was able to walk/run, feed/bathe himself, play/do for others, and known for liking to have responsibilities (checking the mail, emptying trash, gardening). His favorite things to do is, golfing, bowling, swimming (Special Olympics) and other activities .
Trey is a lovable son/brother, who lost his full time guardian, his mother in January 2020. And his best friend, his brother, Jamie, two years prior before losing his mother. This is really unfortunate, he has been through a lot these past few years. Mental/emotional/physical trauma, a high level of anxiety and panic attacks of strange people.
Trey sees over 10 doctors, 2 to 3 appointments per week. And multiple surgeries are pending due to fragile body. Trey has a long road to recover.
Justice, it's been frustrated to get the Justice we want due to Trey's disabilities (non-verbal). This is an abuse of an incapacitated adult resulting to near death. We will keep fighting for all disable child and adult in the Criminal Justice System.
This will help with emergency health care services, court proceedings, and education.
(Trey haven't received any assistance or social security benefits due to fraud)Resources and prayers will help too!
Trey's Special Needs Trust Fund, Mr. Lesniak, Esq.
