Vicki Coffey Memorial Scholarship

Vicki Sue Coffey (Goodhue), age 59 of Monroe, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 8, 2021. Throughout her life, Vicki had a strong passion for learning and education. She grew up in Oxford, a small town in rural Wisconsin, with her mother and five siblings. Vicki excelled in her studies and graduated with honors at Westfield High School in 1980.

Vicki was dedicated to pursuing a career in healthcare and worked hard to fund her college education. She received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Edgewood College in Madison, WI. Vicki served Monroe Clinic & Hospital (SSM Health) for 35 years as a dedicated nurse and in various leadership roles, including Director of Women’s Services. During her career she worked tirelessly to balance her family life and work to obtain a Master's in Nurse Management from Edgewood College. Her kind spirit and work ethic was an inspiration to many, including her family, friends, and many colleagues.

Vicki was deeply dedicated to her family. She was a loving wife to Larry for over 33 years and a wonderful mother to her two daughters Cassie and Shelby. Vicki was especially devoted to her beloved granddaughter Isla Sue.

Vicki had a life-long love of learning and a strong commitment to making a positive impact in healthcare. To honor her memory, we humbly ask for your support of a scholarship fund in her name. This scholarship will benefit students of her alma mater, Westfield High School, who are pursing a degree in healthcare.
