Vicki through her accident recovery

After much discussion we have made the command decision to start a GoFundMe page for my beautiful ex-wife Vicki. On Sunday, July 23, 2023 at around 10:30 PM Vicki was putting bags in her trunk when an UNINSURED motorist fell asleep at the wheel and accelerated (instead of braking) into my sister in-laws’ car, which then rammed Vicki’s car and pinned and crushed her between the two cars. Vicki suffered a broken right femur in 3 spots and tibia, and her left tibia is fractured while her left leg split open from the bottom of her left glute to 7inches above her ankle. It literally looks like someone took a box cutter to her leg. She has a titanium rod through her femur and had pins put in her right tibia as well. Vicki has been in the hospital for over a month now, had 4 surgeries, and just recently began the process of skin grafting from her body. Between the UNINSURED motorist, losing her job (due to the accident), and health care she’s been put in a huge financial deficit with no real relief in sight. Vicki has roughly 2 more weeks in the hospital and then will be moved to a rehab facility to begin the healing process. Assistance provided will help with accumulated medical expenses, rehab, & day to day living essentials.
