Victim in DUI Motorcycle Accident

Hi, my name is Carolyn and I am creating this for Chris Ponce. On July 2nd we were out riding with a few of our friends and on our way home, a DUI driver crossed the centerline hitting Chris on the left side which crushed his entire left leg. Chris had to be airlifted to Artrium Health trauma center where he spent the next 60 days most of which were in ICU. He had four surgeries to repair his leg and has several more ahead of him. In the meantime, he is wheelchair bound and unable to work. He is looking at about two years of recovery. The person who hit him has minimual insurance coverage which will not put a dent into the medical bills which already exceeding 1 million dollars.
