Victim of a carjacking at gunpoint

Hi my name is Barbra Ross. I've been a victim of a carjacking at gunpoint Tuesday morning. I work for Uber they sent me to pick up a ride on kellow st. In north Nashville, when I arrived I was held by gunpoint by 2 teenage boys and instructed by both boys with their hand guns to my head to leave my key, my phone and my wallet and to run. My employer Uber is doing nothing to help me. Instead because it was a rental car from them is going to charge me $1000 deductible and Avis who rents Uber's cars for them will no longer let me rent from them for the rest of my life. I have been out of work for 6 days now. I have had to pay for a new phone, license, ect. I have bills to pay and family to feed. When I called Uber to tell them what happened they completely dismissed me without a care for my life. Mind you they are the ones that sent me to that pickup. I work 7 days a week for them for the past 2 years now. All they would give me was $25 for the inconvenience of that rider also they aren't allowed to let minors ride alone and they failed to their research because these riders are minors. Do to this experience I am traumatized, stressed, depressed and in fear. I have to go back to work when I can, but it's going to be hard because of the trama this has caused for me.
