Victim of arson needs help

My friend Amy Koerner was the victim of a senseless act of arson and animal cruelty that resulted in the death of her two dogs yesterday, November 26, 2019. I'm organizing this GoFundMe to help her with expenses related to this catastrophic event. Amy was at work when she got a call that her apartment was on fire.
When she arrived at the scene she learned that a man had broken into her house, killed her two small dogs and then set them on fire. The man lives in her neighborhood and was having a psychotic episode which led him to randomly target her home and animals. He was arrested at the scene but Amy is left with paying cremation expenses for her pets, replacing clothes and personal items damaged by the fire, and expenses to move into a new apartment as her current residence was damaged by the fire.
Amy is an amazing person who did nothing to deserve this, especially so close to Thanksgiving and Christmas. She and I greatly appreciate any donation towards this cause, no matter how small.
Thank you.
