Victim of random violence in Baltimore

My friend has a sick infant daughter who has been a patient at Johns Hopkins and Mt. Washington Hospitals in Baltimore, MD.  He has been staying at the Rondald Mcdonald House located in Baltimore so he can be close to her and visit her.  On Sunday night he went out to buy diapers.  While he was walking back he was violently attacked by a group of 15+ teenagers.  They chased him screaming "stab him! Kill him! Get him quick!" This, I know because I was facetiming him when it happened.  They surrounded him and beat him violently.  Among other injuries, both bones in his left leg are now broken.  He is the sole provider for his family.  He will now have mounting medical bills while not being able to work and provide for his family.  He is heartbroken that he wont be able to travel to the hospital to visit his baby every day.  His life has drastically been changed and im hoping to help him financially at the very least. He has a long road to recovery ahead of him. Please, any donation, no matter how small, will help greatly!  Thank you for anything you can spare to help this family!
