Victims Fund for Dallas Hair Salon Shooting

Hello, we are the family members of the 3 victims of the hate crime mass shooting that happened in a Dallas hair salon - Hair World Salon - last week on May 11, 2022.

Numerous shots were fired by the suspect whose motive, according to the police department, was likely hate crime in nature. All 3 victims sustained multiple gunshot wounds and required extensive surgeries and hospitalizations. One victim sustained gunshot injuries in her arm and may not be able to pursue her career as hairstylist anymore. Second victim who injured both of her feet is at risk of losing her business as the hair salon will remain closed indefinitely. Third victim (who was the customer) was shot in the lower spine resulting in fracture of her sacrum, and she will require extensive rehab and will be out of work for long.

 

Victims and their family members are in shock and completely devastated. Such crime against innocent people cannot be forgiven and forgotten.

 

Therefore, we are organizing this fundraising page on behalf of all 3 victims. Any help, small or big, will mean a lot for these victims. Not only are we seeking donations, but also we want larger structural change through increased public awareness of the issue so please circulate this page to everyone!

100% of the donations will go directly to the 3 victims to aid their journey towards recovery (to help with the medical expenses and loss of earnings not covered by health insurance and/or the government aid).
