Hello my name is Andrea Menchaca I am asking for donations to help give our nephew a proper burial. Victor was a outgoing person,loved to wrestle,he had the biggest smile! He was only 18 years he was gone too soon. He had so much more of life ahead of him. We pray that God receives him in the gates of heaven and that he rest in peace.
