Victor (Goob) Mashburn

Hello my name is Carlie, and I'm starting this fundraiser for a dear friend, and beloved coworker at Zannotti's for over 6 years. On December 1st Victor (Goob) Mashburn, age 33, went to the ER with severe lower back pain that had gotten increasingly worse throughout several weeks. They immediately started running tests and scans looking for the source of his pain. This is when things took a turn for the worse.

The scans and test results revealed he had Stage 3C Testicular Cancer that has metastasized into his lungs, brain, and lymph nodes.

On December 4th he had surgery to remove what was believed to be the main source of the cancer. But Victor still has a long road ahead of him.

On December 7th he started his recovery journey, beginning with aggressive inpatient chemo treatments.

At a young age his life has completely changed… all within a matter of days. Victor will be in and out of the hospital for the next several months. He will be unable to work for an unknown amount of time. We are asking family, friends, and the community of Stillwater to come together and help a friend in his time of need! All funds donated will go towards any and all bills, as well as gas and lodging he or his family may need as his treatments are taking place in Tulsa.

If you have ever dined at Zannotti’s Wine Bar in downtown Stillwater, Vic has definitely been a part of your dining experience. We already miss his goofy personality and all the laughs he brings to ZWB. We hope to have him back soon.
