Victoria Eve Lowe

On Friday, September 9, 2022, Victoria Eve Lowe passed away after being in a coma for nine days. She was sweet, bright, fun...and way too young to be gone. Her loss has been a shock to her family. She and her mother Chandra, her father Justin Sr, and her brother Justin were very close. As they face this difficult time, I would like to ask for help on their behalf.

The family would like to host a memorial for Eve, which will be costly on top of the upcoming medical bills. They are already dealing with heartbreak; they should not have to stress about the expense of it all too. Our family and friends can be the most significant help during these times.
