Victoria Macdonald Estate

My mother died unexpectedly and alone in her apartment on Thursday November 19th, 2020. Victoria left behind several animals, a full storage unit, and an uninhabitable home. She was unprepared and therefore did not leave a will or a life insurance policy.  I paid for her end of life expenses. I was barely able to pay for her cremation and maintain my own bills at the same time. The house she left behind is uninhabitable and needs professional cleaning and many many repairs. My disabled uncle is currently living in the house and will be homeless unless I can pay the bills and have the repairs taken care of. Once repairs are complete I will be able to sell it and hopefully have enough left after the mortgage company is paid, to find a suitable housing situation for my uncle.  Asking for help is not my strong suit, and I am completely uncomfortable even as I am writing this asking for help.  I am at a complete loss for how I will be able to accomplish everything that needs to be done alone. Financially I cannot afford this, and my uncle only has enough income to survive from social security, and will be unable to assist, let alone ever able to pay rent for an appartment. I am hoping by creating this and asking for help that those who knew my mother, my grandmother, myself and Danika will be able to help in someway.
