HELP SAVE AND FUNDRAISE FOR DENVER NORTH VIKINGS BOYS BASKETBALL PROGRAM

Due to demand of our students and to make sure that there are as many opportunities for our students as possible, we are asking for support in funding our 4th level of Boys Basketball.

Our school continues to grow in a positive environment, our freshman enrollment was the biggest in 5 years.  In order to continue building our program and providing students with the opportunity to learn basketball and life skills through High School Athletics, we are asking for financial support.

Our goal is $8500 to be able to provide a freshman coach this year and also for our expenses:
Equipment
Spirit gear
Uniforms
Feeding our scholar-athletes (our team moms fix over 70-80 sandwiches / burritos for every game!)
End of year banquet and awards

How do we make that possible with only $500 from DPS for 48 scholar-athletes???  Thats ONLY $10.40 per scholar-athlete!  

Our Head Coach Chris Ferguson and staff have seen this program evolve in the last 6 years going from only 2 teams, only 5 basketballs, no uniforms to a complete program of 4 teams (48 scholar-athletes), 8 members of coaching staff, our team moms and parents, and working with the University of Denver athletics program.
