Vince Haag Memorial Costs

On April 26th we got the news that my dad, Vince Haag had lost his life unexpectedly.
After the initial shock hit us - my sister, Kendall and I have realized we are the ones that will be responsible for the expenses of services for a Memorial, cremation of his body, cleaning of his apartment, flying our grandma (his mother) up from Arizona, etc.
Neither of us are prepared for these expenses so we are reaching out to friends and family for help.
My father was a great man. Growing up he was my sister and I's Basketball, Softball and Tennis coach. He was so charismatic and funny all of our team mates and friends loved him. He was caring, loving, sarcastic, energetic, fun-loving, athletic, and much more.
My mother was married to him for 24 years of which she said were some of the best years of her life. I always remembered the fun they had together and how he always kept her and us laughing.
Unfortunately my father had his demons and started submitting to alcohol. He tried and tried to get sober. Many rehabs and treatment centers, AA Meetings, friends and family support - I know he wanted it and hated the person he was during that time. Depression sank in and he spiraled down a hole he just could not get out of.
I don't know that person he was in the last few months of his life.
I remember the good times, and the great person he was before.
He deserves to be remembered as that and we would like to celebrate his life in that way - but do need help.
