Help get Vincent to Sanctuary!!

Vincent came to the Baltimore Humane Society (BHS) as a stray from
another shelter, almost one year ago. He's a big, handsome boy who is very sweet but also very scared. When he first came to BHS, everything new was scary: people, places, objects, sounds. He would pancake on the ground when outside his kennel and would run away from staff. He has made a lot of progress since then but still has a long way to go.
This big man deserves a chance at a happy life. Vincent has a ton of personality that most people don't get to see. I'm lucky enough that he's comfortable with me. I have the privilege of seeing what a character he is...he loves to sniff and explore outside, loves anything food related, enjoys stuffed animals, and will even solicit attention and petting. He's most comfortable around other dogs; he really seems to enjoy just being around them. He has a lot of potential and with time and patience, I think he can achieve it. I would love to see this boy thrive outside of the shelter environment. Due to his fearfulness, a sanctuary is Vincent's best option.
