Vinnie carter and family

Hi my name is Lee-Anne and I am trying to raise funds for the carter family who’s beautiful baby boy was born unexpectedly at 27 weeks gestation. Baby Vinnie, his mum and dad spent just a short few days after he was born and had to let him go grow his angel wings. This has left parents, 3 siblings, family and friends heartbroken. Now the time has come to start arranging the best send off for such a beautiful little boy.
