Raising Funds for Vinnie Mark and his wife Jodi Weiner !!!

Some of you may know Vinnie Mark and his wife Jodi Weiner’s back story of hard luck and misfortune these past several years. If not I will get you up to speed.
In April 2016 , their world was turned upside down when Vinnie’s wife Jodi was diagnosed with Esophageal cancer .
It was scary but she worked through it beating it back only to be hit with Breast Cancer just as she was beating Esophageal cancer. Now many of us have had cancer hit us or our families and loved ones in several ways. But to be hit with 2 cancers at once that is a tough one. Thank God after multiple surgeries, aggressive and intense chemotherapy and radiation, she is managing to stay ahead of both terrible cancers.
Wait I’m not done.
The treatments were aggressive and as we all know radiation and chemo weakens the body .
Because of this Jodi had to undergo 2 knee replacement surgeries. .
Wait I’m not done
Taking it in stride doing what must be done while others were living their lives misfortune struck again.
This past winter Feb 2019 a pipe broke in there house while Jodi was recovering and the entire house flooded , had to be redone , putting more stress on rehab and recovery .
Wait ...unfortunately I’m not done.
The latest blow was as Jodi was recovering from her second knee replacement she slipped and broke her Femur bone above the new knee requiring emergency trauma surgery.
Due to the screws and plates put in to rebuild the femur above the new knee , the Dr declared her NON weight bearing for minimum of 3 months!!!
That leaves her bed ridden and depending on Vinnie 24/7 . If this the femur bone operation is a failure or disrupted in anyway, they will not get a second chance to repair it.
In this day and age when folks talk about selfishness and spouses not sticking by their significant others Vinnie Mark is an old school throw back.
This man has shown more devotion, love and patience than almost any man can.
Jodi’s injury is non weight bearing and Vinnie has been by her side 24/7 feeding her, washing her, and whatever daily functions she needs help with.
He is not really able to work or even leave her side .unfortunately cancelling all of his gigs.
These two have helped so many of us by giving us gigs, advice, encouragement, places to stay, money when it was needed and most of all LAUGHTER and LOYALTY!
Now it is time for US to be old school and rally around one of our own and help them through this tough time.
Vinnie is too proud to ask for help so I am organizing this for him .
Please help us hit our goal of at least $7500.00 to help cover months of expenses.
No matter how much you have to give it will be appreciated!
In our line of no pension no benefits no guarantee of work we should try and help our own when truly needed.
