Virginia's Medical Campaign

Virginia's world changed drastically on October 25, 2016.  On this day she was told she has breast cancer.  She was informed on November 14, 2016 that her cancer is classified as Triple Negative breast cancer, which means the growth of cancer is not supported by the hormones estrogen and progesterone, nor by the presence of HER2 receptors.  Virginia's cancer is also classified as a grade 3 and is a rapid growth and agressive cancer.
On November 22, 2016 Virginia had a MRI done to see if the Cancer had spread and the results came back that it had developed another 2 lumps and spread throughout the tissue. 
Virginia is now undergowing Chemo and will have several sessions before undergoing a Bilateral Mascetomy with reconstructive surgery.
