Virtual Boston for Kenosha Relief Fund

My name is Freddy Garcia and I live in Kenosha, Wisconsin. I have called Kenosha home for 41 years now and over that time I have watched it grow from a small automotive town, to a thriving, diverse city. This past week, much of our Uptown and Downtown areas were ravaged by people looking to divide our city with their political agenda. Many homes and small businesses were broken, destroyed, and burned to the ground and they need help. 

Like many other runners, my races were cancelled in 2020. Myself, along with my Lakefront Racing Teammates Brett Heimstead and Ryan Hughett, were supposed to run the Boston Marathon in April, but that was eventually cancelled. On September 7th, will be running our Virtual Boston Marathon for Kenosha. What was to be a 26.2 mile run along Lake Michigan and through downtown Kenosha for our own personal goals, has now turned into something much bigger than us.
