Virtual School Marathon Relay @ Home

Fitter Younger provide a unique fundrising event called the School Marathon Relay. But during this strange time in which we are now living, and with Schools having to close their doors, we have come up with a slight twist to our normal event.

The Virtual School Marathon Relay @ Home (Click here for Website ) will get the children of Ireland out running and being active at home during this tough time of isolation. We plan on getting 422 children to run 100 metres and for their parents to take a video of their efforts.

The combination of 421 children running 100 metres each, plus the addition of 1 child running 95 metres will give us our Virtual School Marathon Relay distance of 42,195 metres. All of this will be done to raise money for Charity

We are asking the families of all the Children who take part to donate at lease £10 / €10. All funds that are raised will be split between the following two Charities:

Heroes Aid 
&
Coronavirus Community Fund 

Everyone can donate to this fundraising event, it is not limited to the family of children taking part in the event.
