The last two nights Vivian was closed because of the city water problems. The restaurant lost $10,000 in critical revenue. Their hardworking staff didn’t get paid and the team lost thousands more in tips.

Shannon, Josiah and their incredible team have been warming hearts with their boundless hospitality and delicious food for five years now.

Each night, Josiah and Shannon welcome guests to Vivian - making each customer feel cared for and loved. While they make it look easy, running a restaurant is anything but. Restaurants like Vivian have razor-thin margins. Losing two nights of holiday revenue is an extraordinary loss.

Vivian will never be able to make back this revenue. It is forever lost. Customers can come in the future, but that cannot make up for the last two nights.
