Around the world in 80 days
Due to lockdown restrictions The Friends of Chartham Primary School have been unable to run their normal fundraising events. The school, now more than ever, need these funds to support the children’s learning and the school experience.
From the 19th April 2021, the staff and children of Chartham Primary will take on a fundraising challenge. They will travel the distance, 24,901 miles, around the world in 80 days by walking, running, cycling and swimming.
The funds raised will go towards developing the children’s playtime experience; all weather clothing and storage and an all weather surface for the Millennium Garden.
