My name is Heather, proudly I am Debbi's best friend and closest Sister in the Lord and I have created this account on behalf of her husband and my beloved friend
Barry.
On March 2nd Barry was taken to Evergreen Hospital
after a fall in his kitchen due to sudden dizziness. During the exam it was discovered that Barry was experiencing severe pressure from blood that had been collecting between the skull and the brain from a traumatic fall back in September. After two surgeries to remove the fluid it was determined Barry needed to be transferred to Swedish Hospital in Seattle for further specialized neurological care since he has been in a non responsive state since the last surgery.

This Go Fund Me site has been created as a way to finacially support and express love to the entire Hawney family. The money will be used for gas, parking at the hospital, help with uncovered medical costs and assistance for traveling costs for Barry's 2 sons and families who live out of state.
The Hawney family has touched many of our lives! Each day since Barry was admitted to the hospital someone has contacted me and asked how they could help or support the family as a return for the love they have received from Barry and Deb. This is the most tangible way for the present needs.
