Funeral Expenses for Taha Babiker

On November 29th, Taha Babiker was taken away from us by the hatred of this world we so live in today. He was tragically killed by men who would simply take a life for money. Taha was in the moment of having dinner with his family when he received a call from a friend who needed some assistance. Being the man he is, he stopped all that he was doing and went on to help the friend. On that night, he was approached by thieves who wanted him to empty out money from his bank account. At gunpoint, these men proceeded to take Taha and his friend to the atm. As Taha was at the atm with a gun pointed at him, he was shot and left there to die.

Taha Babiker was a man with no trouble and cared for his family and the community around him. He was the kind of man that if you needed anything, you could depend on him to help you. He spent his life watching over and taking care of the people he loved around him. This community that very much loved him and knew him for the beautiful and amazing soul he was, is in such a shock that something like this could happen to a guy who gave nothing but kindness. Taha did so many great things for this community and even started up an Islamic school for the Muslim youth community a couple years back. He is leaving behind a loving family with 3 sons, a daughter, and a lovely wife. This was about nothing but the hatred of some awful people who found it amusing to not only try and rob a man but also take him away from his family.

We are trying to raise money to give to his family to help with any expenses necessary and take care of them during these very hard and sad times.
