Save 10 YO Autistic Boy & Family From Homelessness

My name is Mary. I live in a modest ranch house with my retired husband and our 10 year old son, who is autistic. 

I fell down a flight of cement stairs in the winter and was badly injured. I required surgery and am still recovering. Things are not going as well as expected. We have been financially devastated by this. My husband is receiving retirement but it is not much.

We fell behind on our mortgage payments due to an unexpected medical bill, and I have exhausted our savings and my retirement fund in an attempt to maintain independence until I can return to work. I have exhausted every other avenue of assistance and will lose my home to foreclosure on August 29th.

I have managed to come up with all but $1300 to cure my default and save my home. I am humbly and with great humiliation  asking for help to raise this amount of money so that my son will not lose the only home he has ever known.

If anyone can help, share widely, and pray for us, I would be forever grateful.

I have only a month to save my home. We have no place to go.

I have a mortgage statement available if anyone requests proof that this fundraiser is legitimate. I know there have been a lot of dishonest people on this site but my family and I are not one of them.
