Contribute to Johnny Taylor's Memorial

Hello, my name is Nyomi Taylor. I am truly appreciative of you taking the time to read my story. My daughter Mamie and I have been blindsided by the loss of my husband, Johnny Taylor, due to throat cancer. Johnny turned 60 years old in January and was recently diagnosed with throat cancer on July 19th. He was very determined to do everything to treat and beat his cancer. Although he was afraid, he was strong. He went through multiple appointments each week, recurrent hospitalizations requiring a feeding tube for nutrition, and was also set up to start chemo/radiation the week of his tragedy. It became very difficult for him, but he always remained having faith. However, his fight became worse, and within the last week of Johnny's life, he became weaker and more ill before getting to start radiation and then unexpectedly passed away at home on September 3,2024.. I am devastated and traumatized, and I am trying to learn how to continue on in life. Any money donated will be used towards his memorial service, and anything will help and is appreciated. I was never prepared for this to happen it all happened too fast. My family is not only grieving an unimaginable loss, but we are also facing the unexpected financial burden of funeral costs, legal fees and other family expenses at this time. We want to give him the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory, and allow my family the time and space to heal without additional financial stress. I have lost my best friend and life partner. The date for his service is still TBD as we are gathering the funds and finding a place for service. Thank you
