Emergency Bill Payments

Hi, everyone. I'm Alex.

My husband and I were forced to move from Long Island, NY after my husband lost his job and I could not cover our rent-hike with my salary. The move completely wiped out our savings and maxed our credit cards. We now live with my parents in Alabama and have yet to find employment.

Everything we still own is currently in storage, and I'm afraid our next payment will bounce since we have no more room left on any of our cards for it. In addition, I'm beginning to run out of my anti-anxiety and antidepressant medications, and we cannot afford to refill them.

My parents are on a fixed income and cannot help us with these bills. We're in danger of losing everything, and my mental health is currently being compromised by having to ration my medications.

I absolutely would not ask for money if we weren't in such desperate straits, but anything you can afford to donate will be deeply appreciated.
