Beans road to recovery

Hello, my name is Delena I am Bean’s owner. On 3/23 Bean got out and he was brought back to us by animal control on 3/25. During this time he was hit by a car and sustained injuries. Bean had surgery at Tulare-Kings veterinary emergency service on 3/26 to repair his ruptured bladder.

During his stay there it accumulated a bill of $5,855.92. On 3/27 he had to go to Fresno Specialty and Emergency Center where we were quoted $4,408.46 for his care for the next 24hrs.

Animal control said that he was laying in a ditch when they found him and had a temp of 96 degrees (dog should be 102) & was told there were people who were trying to care for him by offering him food and water, Animal control got to him just in time any longer and he would not have made it.

Bean survived through that, and he has been fighting and showing signs of improvement. I feel in my heart he wants to come home. I cannot give up on him. As you can imagine the vet bills are overwhelming and we need help.

Bean has been with me for going on 7yrs, he is the most loyal boy & so smart. I cannot imagine life without my little shadow.
