Help this momma survive

Hello, my name is Donna. I'm 39 and a single mother with a 4 year old son. I have been in so much pain, essentially I need surgery to reconstruct and stabilize my ankle or I'll need to have a joint replacement or ankle fusion. The damage is progressing rapidly and is affecting other joints in my body. Surgery means 12 weeks without work, 12 weeks with no income. At minimum, I need to be able to keep up with rent payments and car payments which would be around $1200 a month.
2 years ago I had surgery on my right ankle to replace a chronically torn ligament and remove a large bone spur causing impingement and release of the plantar fascia after dealing with agonizing daily pain in my foot for over a year. Surgery went well, but shortly after my return to work I was bitten by a tick and infected with ehrlichiosis. I then recovered, but continued with significant pain and fatigue and brain fog which eventually lead to a diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis.
Here I am 2 years later, again dealing with ehrlichiosis infection and desperate to be free of at least some of the pain that plagues me on a daily basis. Due to chronic inflammation which targets the connections between joints and tissues, I now have 2 other completely torn ligaments higher up in my ankle. This has caused significant ankle instability and rapidly progressing arthritis. There is a new bone spur, significant high grade cartilage loss and a large joint effusion as well as inflammation of the tendons in my ankle as well. My son is very active and I work full time as an RN where I am rarely able to rest until the end of my shift. The pain is no longer tolerable and I do not want to continue living off of opioids just to barely make it through each day. The arizona brace that is custom fitted for me and allows for almost no movement does not significantly help and there are still multiple instances of jarring pain daily.
Unfortunately, I have nothing in savings. I don't have family the can help financially. I have nothing to use as collateral for a loan. I do not qualify for short term disability as this is a prior existing condition. The surgeon said I will need to be off work for 12 weeks, the first 6 of which I will be unable to put any weight on my right foot. There are community and government programs that will ensure my child and I do not go hungry. But, this won't help with my rent, car payment, car insurance, water, gas, electric, and garbage bills. I do not know how we will survive this financially, but I do know that I cannot continue the way I have been.
If you have anything to spare, I would be eternally grateful. If you can offer help with transportation or grocery and medication pickup or anything else, please get in touch with me.
Thank you all!
