Help for Wendi's future.

Hello my name is Wendi. About 45 days ago I suddenly could not walk. I had to have emergency back surgery due to a cyst on my spine. I was in the hospital for 3 or 4 weeks and then discharged for home care for another month and a half. Upon coming home my roommates told me I needed to find another place to live that they were renting the house out for Airbnb now. So one month later I found myself homeless. I've had a hospital social worker find a shelter but because I didn't make my landlord evict me through the courts I cannot receive help through the homeless coalition.  I don't know what to do. Please help if you can, supposed to be in physical therapy I cannot even do physical therapy because I don't know where I'm going  wake up every morning. Also it's getting ready to snow where I live and I'm very afraid at 56 years old and being homeless in the snow.   I don't even own a vehicle to sleep in. When I was released from the hospital a month and a half ago I was supposed to make an appointment to have heart surgery,. I've been given 5 years to live. Unless I have this heart surgery. It's literally one of the hardest things to do, to take care of yourself when you're homeless and you don't know where you're going to wake up in the morning.  I'm very grateful for any help that I receive and also would love if you would just pray for me please to be able to find a vehicle.  If any one has a decent vehicle to donate that would be the answer to my prayers.  I'm trying to keep the faith but at the moment it's pretty hard as I feel like giving up.  About 4 years ago I was hit by a minivan on my bicycle before that I was volunteering at Barton hospital here in South Lake Tahoe, it staying my health issues and they've been going downhill from there.  I've never lived in one place over two years being a military brat and my fiance and I had a house here in Tahoe for 9 years until the owners decided they wanted to move in. So that's what started my homelessness.  Again please pray for me and help if you can thank you so much for reading this and you're caring and your generosity.  The money donated to me will help me get a decent vehicle and hopefully a hotel room if not an apt.  Winter is coming, I am not prepared at all because half of the summer was spent in the hospital and recovering from back surgery. Now I have to gear up for heart surgery and I'm very worried as I have no place to recover. If worse comes to worse I will sleep in a vehicle as long as there's a door I can lock outside world.  I am also using the money to live day-to-day to buy food.
