Our family is devastated by the sudden loss of Joyce Marie Miller (Homan), beloved Mother, Wife, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother, Cousin & Friend to many. We are asking for any assistance in this extremely difficult time.

Joyce tragically passed away at Saint Mary Hospital in Kankakee, Illinois, at 11:48 pm on October 6th, 2024, leaving behind her Husband Sean Miller, and her three sons: Keith Homan (Keri and three grandkids, Iris, Brycen, and Elli), William Dodge (Alexis), and Travis Homan (Brittany and two grandkids, Jaxson and Hunter). Joyce’s Brother, David Homan Jr. (Jackie), Nephew DJ Homan (Payton), and Jen Homan. She joined her loved ones in Heaven, including her lovely mother, Helen Homan.

I know that with the support of those who knew Joyce, we can help her sons and family during this difficult time by raising money for the unexpected costs.

Joyce was a shining example of kindness and generosity. She always made people smile and laugh. She adored her two fur babies, Kane and Potato/Taytay a.k.a “Undertaker.” Her silly humor had the entire room laughing. Her laughter was very contagious. Once she passed, she was surrounded by a room full of love and support. She was an exceptional Mother, Grandmother, and Friend, helping everyone any way she could.
