In September of this year (2022), my mother underwent open heart surgery to replace her Mitral Valve. In order to have that surgery, she first had to undergo 2 procedures to remove all her teeth due to an infection. This money will help cover the cost of getting her dentures. If we happen to raise past our goal, the extra money will go towards her other medical expenses.
