We were scammed

Our food benefits were taken off of our card before were able to purchase food for our home... our children. We went to DHS to see if there was anything that could be done and they said no. They will not reimburse our benefits although they knew what has been going on before it happened to us. They stated that it has happen to plenty of people not just in Tn, but have no solution to helping us feed our family. The families all over. We just need enough money to get us through this month.
