Help me leave

I'm not gonna give a whole sob story, That's not what kind of person i am. I'm gonna tell it straight with a slight background of how i got to this point.

August 7th, 2021: I decided to move out of my parents house, i had to go back to the parents due to covid yada yada, I wanted out. met this girl online through a friend group that's super close to me, She needed a roommate.

my being gullible at the time i agreed to move in to help out. (She's 30, single mother of a 6 year) she told me everything about her as did i it seemed to be a perfect fit for a roommate, here's where it gets real for me. I packed my things and told my parents that I'm moving and found someone to be a roommate with. She came and picked me up and on to the next day.

Fast forward a few hours, I found out she had a child (she didn't tell me, and i thought id have my own room which turned out not to be true) it was a one bed room apartment small living room and one bed room, she had her bed in the bed room and her whole computer set up in the living room (keep in mind there's no space anywhere, small apartment )

I'm not gonna sugar coat anything from this point on.

I lived in this SMALL apartment with a 4(at that time)year old child, and a 28 year old child and me 27. With no space on a small two person couch (With me being 6'1) and not a lot of stuff on my end. from this point on, it took me three months to find a job here in Oregon to survive in my environment. I found my job and started working full time making 16$/hr at buffalo wild wings as a CGR.

This is where it begins.

We've made a contract when i moved in, i am to pay 354$/Month for rent once i got my job, keep that in your heads. 354$ monthly. that doesn't include my food stamps, she pays for her own food, i pay for my own.

Getting my first pay check three weeks later, It's a big paycheck 876$ was the paycheck, I got my tags for my car, with was 150$ first thing i did, Second thing was shoes 30$, Then i bought a vape set i was still a smoker then that totaled to 130$, Leaving me 566 roughly. she now asks me for my paycheck, i told her id give her the 355$ to cover what ever tax from transfer for next months rent, This caused a fight. She was very upset and angry with me, and didn't know why. So me not wanting to go through this i gave her the rest of what i had and she went on her very way, I was broke for a few weeks but that was fine.

the following months have been a real struggle, i work full time(and still till this day) she forced the child upon me and told me i had to sign up for some child watching service? saying that i have to watch the child she cant watch? so i do that, that causes more fights yada yada. At this point in time shes shown her true intentions, She would come home from work, demand that i do things (when i do) ask me fore money every other day and sit down smoking her weed, doing lipids and getting high as fuck, while i sitting here watching her child. Basically putting this to point, she treated me like i was a spouse.

this went on for a whole year. my paycheck always taken from me, i couldn't have money for myself, she started to ask and take my EBT card and using it for her own. (still happening)

fast forward to this year. I got a new job, things were looking great for me. I was planning on to move back around march of this year, but things changed.

i started getting paid more ( 19.50$/hr) as a caregiver, This caused another problem, she raised rent on me with no warning or contact, keep in mind im still in a one bed room sleeping on a tiny couch for the two and half years, To 500$ without warning, no new contract nothing..

yes i paid it, and gave her the money she asked for because at this point its been going on for a few years now and it scares me. these past years shes been abusing me mentally, destroying and getting into my things when she wants telling all her friends and family that im doing bad things to her and her child, Having them come over and threaten me, its been a long ride.

fast forward to Sep 12th, 2023. The day we move into the new place we've been looking at for the past month, A two bed room apartment sweet right? not at all.

before we moved we were finding a new place since the apartment was to small for the both of us and her child, upon finding this current apartment we came up with a new contract signed and dated, That new rent was to be 525(since i have a dog now, I pay 525 since the fee for animals is 25$ per) a month thats doable (Also rent here is 1.2k, This is a good deal), I didnt have to pay for the last months rent just next months rent. September is done at this point, We've moved in and settled everything, I paid my bills im living happily until i got a message from her, "you need to pay 987$ this month or move out, I'm done" This message was out of the blue and made me ask questions because i paid my rent for this month and my bills why am i paying almost a grand? I told her no, This made things worse.

She called the police on me i dealt with that the very same night, She tried to call my parents on me, and she brought over her friends and family to try to get me to pay this 1k she magically wanted. At this point i've paid ALL my bills every single month, Never missed my payments, so why this?

then sat me down her and her friends, and told me that i missed three months of rent (i kept my bill receipts and the paypal payments to as well) but how? where's my money going?!? Their telling me that i need to start paying this off plus next months rent which is on a set date or get out. im not gonna go into full detail on what happened that night but TLDR she had her friends come over with the police saying i needed to pay this off or they will take me to court and sue me for harassment???? not paying my bills and starving them???

every other week she will send me a threatening messages, she would throw things at my door spooking my dog, Things have came up missing in my room, She confronts me about the things i buy for my dog and for myself that i HAVE to hide from her me already knowing she goes into my room when im at work/

Long story short, I found a place, i fear more for my dog, I need help to get out of this. im tired, i put up with this for way to long.
