Voices From The Dark

I am producing and directing a film about the POW's who were shot down over North Vietnam. Those who survived were sent to the "Hanoi Hilton" a horrific prison. Most people don't know about the poems they wrote during the many years that they were in the prison. I and other veterans working on this film need to tell you about those poems. Assisting us is The Naples Museum of Military History a NFP organization. I have spent over 55 years working in television. During my time at CBS News I directed the coverage of the Apollo missions. I'm retired now, but I needed to create this film, especially since I'm an Army Veteran. Veterans will be part of this film as the readers of these poems. Through out the film you will learn about how and why they wrote them.

The budget for the film is $50,000. My production staff are award winning editors, writers and composers.

Once we have a film it will be initially on WGCU Public Media in S.W. Florida. This program will also be used in schools and at events for adults. I hope you will see that this film is important and needs to be made.
