Salve 
mi chiamo Pier Felice Finocchi e nonostante quello che mi sta accadendo, mi considero una persona fortunata.
Mi sono accorto che nel momento del bisogno posso veramente contare su vari amici e soprattutto sulla mia compagna che ha organizzato tutto questo. Non è una cosa da poco.
Purtroppo questo immenso aiuto non basta.
Sono stato operato nel 2011 di un tumore al palato molle, con asportazione di ghiandole salivari e metà palato.
Carcinoma squamoso è stata la diagnosi.
Ho fatto tre sedute di chemioterapia e ventotto di radioterapia.
Ero ovviamente stato avvertito che la radioterapia avrebbe in seguito portato seri danni all’apparato dentale ed ora sta accadendo.
Sto perdendo i denti, le gengive si atrofizzano e le radici si cariano. Mangiare è sempre più un problema.
E’ difficile da chiedere, siamo un po’ tutti più portati a dare che a ricevere ma ho bisogno d’aiuto. 
Il costo della ricostruzione che mi è stato proposto (ed è tutto documentabile) è di 15.000 Euro per un lavoro di ricostruzione totale di entrambe le arcate dentarie.
Non li ho.
Con difficoltà ed allo stesso tempo con necessità, vi chiedo di aiutarmi a “non perdere il sorriso”.
Se riuscirò ad iniziare questo lavoro, sarò costante nell’aggiornarvi di ogni passaggio e vi darò conferma in totale trasparenza dei pagamenti effettuati.

Hi!

My name is Pier Felice Finocchi and not withstanding what is presently happening to me, I consider myself a lucky person.
I have realized that in the time when I need it most, I can count on many friends and especially on my partner who organized this whole thing.  This is not to be taken for granted. Unfortunately, this immense amount of help is not enough.
In 2011 i had an operation for a tumor in my soft palate, they had to remove my salivary glands and half of my palate.
I was diagnosed with Squamous-cell carcinomas
I had 3 sessions of chemotherapy and 28 sessions of radiotherapy
I was warned that with the radiotherapy it would one day bring serious damage to my teeth and that is what is happening now.
I am losing my teeth, my gums are wasting away and my roots are becoming full of cavities.   Eating is continuously becoming more of a problem.
This is difficult to ask. We are all used to giving and receiving but this time I really need help.
The cost (which is all supported by paperwork) for the total reconstruction of both dental arches is €15,000 and I don't have it.
So it is difficult but at the same necessary that I ask you to help me to “not lose my smile”.
If I am able to start this procedure, I will constantly update you on every step and I will confirm all of the payments I make with full transparency.
