Help Inez Frazier with a Kidney Transplant

My name is Tia Mitchell, niece of Inez Frazier, who is desperately in need of a kidney transplant. My aunt has been a diabetic for over 35 years and an insulin dependent for approximately 22 years of this time. Within this time period, she has undergone two surgeries to slow down the deterioration process of her kidneys, which were unsuccessful. She is now entering the kidney transplant program. Once the transplant is completed and she is discharged from the hospital, she will still have to remain in a facility in Jacksonville, FL near her doctors and the medical facilities for over a month for monitoring and medical follow up.
