For My Mother Melody

My name is Richard and I am Melody's only child. Melody worked in the kitchen at the Barn for over three years serving lunch for hundreds of seniors at the Barn Senior Program. She was a wonderful lady with a strong work ethic and managed to create long lasting relationships with many Barn attendees even after retiring due to health issues including lung cancer. She was always smiling, a sports fan especially the Cubs, she loved Elvis, and all things that sparkled.

My Mother's wish to be cremated will be carried out and any donations will first and foremost go towards that wish. I am now alone in our house. If there is any extra money donated it will help with rent and other expenses until I either find a roommate or find a room for myself. Any leads would be appreciated.
