House fire

Hello, My name is Aaron Owen, I’ve lived in the Roanoke/Vinton area my whole life! Last night around 2:30am we were abruptly woken up to a loud bang on our door, checked to see and smoke had filled the stairwell hallway from the neighboring building. We moved quick grabbing both dogs and leaving everything else.. our apartment alone had 5 skylights that probably had to be broken to keep the apartments from filling with more smoke that then resulted in possible water damage for we watched them dump gallons of water onto the roof to put it out and under control!! Never thought I’d make one these but we really are lost with lots of family & friends doing the best that they can do!!
