Vermont Paws & Boots - Insulation costs
Tax deductible
Hi my name is Jamie and I became involved with Vermont Paws & Boots after meeting the owner/trainer Michelle. After getting to know her and the important services that she is providing to Veterans and First Responders I wanted to help. Michelle literally puts her blood, sweat and tears into this program with hopes of helping fellow peers.
The program has relocated to its new facility at 89 Colgate Heights in Bennington Vermont (the former Camelot Village). Due to unforeseen circumstances during the construction phase, their budget has taken a hit. Our current fundraising goal is to help cover the cost of re-insulating the training facility. Although no one wants to think of cold weather in the middle of July, it will be here before we know it and we want to keep everybody warm and cozy as we train.
Picture one is the building at the beginning of the mold remediation process. The building was gutted and treated for mold. Picture two is where we currently stand as of today. We now need to begin the process of insulating the entire building to code.

Vermont Paws & Boots Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit. Since its inception, the mission has been simple and straightforward, to save the lives of Veterans and First Responders who are struggling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Military Sexual Trauma, and physical disabilities. None of these are easy to deal with and many of our veterans and first responders turn to other means to deal with these challenges, none of which are healthy or help them move forward. This is an amazing service, pairing Veterans and First Responders with rescue dogs. This program is designed to train the pair together so they become a successful team built on a strong foundation and bond from day one. Vermont Paws & Boots is rebuilding heroes one paw print at a time.
Please give what you can, every dollar helps reach our goal. Share this within your Social Media circles to help spread the word about this program and its current needs. Remember every donation goes to the non-profit directly and is tax deductible.
