Rose Family Support

The Rose family welcomed precious baby Emmett into the world on August 7th. Emmett was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome. He had his first open heart surgery at 1 day old to add in a band to help prepare him for the next round of surgeries he will have. He will need another open-heart surgery within the first 10 days of his life, and another surgery within 3-6 months. There is a third surgery that happens when he is a few years old as well - but everything depends on how Emmett reacts to the surgeries and how his heart is doing.

Luckily they are in good hands at Nemour's Children's Hospital in Wilmington, DE. Many have asked how they can help the Rose family during this time. Donations of any amount can help provide gas money to and from Delaware, money for any unpaid medical bills, meals while they are in Delaware, and to help with lost income due to a potential extended non-paid maternity leave for Lauren.
