Help Angel Heal - Dog Attacked #HelpAngelHeal

Beautiful peaceful friendly Angel was bizarrely attacked at Ocean beach, his favorite place to play, by a group of vicious dogs. The owner gave me all fake information while I was rushing off the beach, to take bleeding crying Angel to the emergency vet here in San Francisco. Would you please consider giving for his vet bill? Angel is my former service dog and is just so sweet.  The dog was vicious and in a pack of dogs who cornered Angel, who is usually so fast. They bit him in the stomach and on his leg. He is in pain and has been falling asleep standing up today.

Due to the $1900 in medical bills, I cannot afford food or gas now for the rest of this month.  I fervently wish I had thought to take a picture of the man with the group of dogs, but I was in shock and in tears on the beach as Angel lay in his own blood. After faithfully serving me as a trained service dog for many years, all I could think about was getting him to the pet emergency. Worse, the hospitals around had closed or moved as this pandemic has caused many difficulties. I drove him frantically while crying thirty minutes away. 

Thankfully, the veterinarian says he had enough fat to protect his stomach so the dog did not bite through to his abdomen and Angel will heal. But he requires a shunt for three days, has to be carried up and down steps, and then two weeks post-op.
