Any and everything helps. My family and I have lived in our house for nearly 50 years in Pacific Palisades. Decades of belongings and memories are gone, burned to the ground in the Palisades Fire.

Rebuilding our whole existence is something we can’t quite fathom but have to face.

We walk into these next few weeks with heavy hearts and our heads high. The Palisades is all we have ever known. I am the fourth generation of my family to live in the Pacific Palisades. Like mine, not all of the families in the Palisades are millionaires and could use some help. We still live paycheck to paycheck like most Americans. My mom and grandparents bent over backward and sacrificed a lot to give me the great life I had growing up in this paradise.

This GoFundMe campaign is my effort to help them in our time of need.

My mom, grandparents, and I have lived in the same house my grandparents bought nearly 50 years ago, which is now gone. They have insurance to hopefully rebuild one day. But anything you can spare to help my family get through the next phase of our lives is greatly appreciated. We have unknown needs in the short term, and your donation will greatly help.

We have lost everything. The community has lost everything. For all of those sharing love and asking how they can help, this is it.

I am so proud to have grown up in such a beautiful town and loving home. I hope one day we all can return. This money will go toward all the many expenses not covered by insurance.
